A Caveat and Affiliates
First off, a little caveat: within my articles you will find affiliate links, meaning if you buy them, I get a small commission. Your cost is not affected. In addition, I am an Amazon Associate and I earn from qualifying purchases on Amazon.
And yes, if I say that I recommend a product here, it means I truly believe it is a good product. I refuse to recommend any product that I have not researched and believe to be a good value.
Even better, I provide you with a very clear picture of the product, it’s use, and the probable value.
Earning your trust is important to me. I run this website myself and the commissions and donations help support the site.
Sound reasonable and fair enough? Let’s continue to the article.

Green Tea has been shown to reduce pain associated with menstrual cramps. It also helps prevent nausea and vomiting, two common side effects of menstruation.
White Tea.
White Tea is made from the buds and leaves of Camellia sinensis plants. It contains more antioxidants than green tea, making it an excellent choice for those looking to improve their overall health.

Several herbal teas can help relieve menstrual cramps. One of my favorite teas to have during this time is Ginger tea. And if you have read about Ginger tea, you’ll know how it’s good for you and helps you out during your cramps.

There are many herbal teas that I love to have, such as Cinnamon Tea, OolongTea, and Even Thyme Tea. The teas that I go for are Ginger tea and Chamomile tea.
Conclusion.
We know that there are more than these teas that I have here, Ginger, Peppermint.
And even white teas. I would stay away from black teas because caffeine can worsen the pains for many, so I skip the coffee and go right to Tea or just cold water.
