A Caveat and Affiliates

First off, a little caveat: within my articles you will find affiliate links, meaning if you buy them, I get a small commission. Your cost is not affected. In addition, I am an Amazon Associate and I earn from qualifying purchases on Amazon.

And yes, if I say that I recommend a product here, it means I truly believe it is a good product. I refuse to recommend any product that I have not researched and believe to be a good value.

Even better, I provide you with a very clear picture of the product, it’s use, and the probable value.

Earning your trust is important to me. I run this website myself and the commissions and donations help support the site.

Sound reasonable and fair enough? Let’s continue to the article.

Ginger Tea.

This first Tea is one of my favorites because it’s so good and good for you!

Ginger Tea is known for its sweet yet spicy kick to your mouth, but for your gut, it’s excellent; my mom uses Ginger in most of our foods because it’s that good for you, so here is why Ginger Tea is good.

Ginger tea helps relieve nausea that periods bring us, and this Tea is fantastic for morning sickness.

If you drink Ginger tea when the cramps start, Ginger tea can help you get rid of that pain fast, and it’s great to have before bed because this Tea is a complimentary caffeine-free tea, so that means you can have a cup before bed and still get a whole night’s sleep.

Green Tea.

This next Tea is another great one to have. But this is one of those teas to have during the day because this Tea does have caffeine.

Green Tea has been shown to reduce pain associated with menstrual cramps. It also helps prevent nausea and vomiting, two common side effects of menstruation.

White Tea.

White Tea is made from the buds and leaves of Camellia sinensis plants. It contains more antioxidants than green tea, making it an excellent choice for those looking to improve their overall health.

Herbal teas.

Several herbal teas can help relieve menstrual cramps. One of my favorite teas to have during this time is Ginger tea. And if you have read about Ginger tea, you’ll know how it’s good for you and helps you out during your cramps.

Chamomile tea has been used as a natural remedy for centuries. It helps reduce inflammation and relaxes muscles. Peppermint tea is another option. It also reduces pain and calms your nerves, which might be very high.

There are many herbal teas that I love to have, such as Cinnamon Tea, OolongTea, and Even Thyme Tea. The teas that I go for are Ginger tea and Chamomile tea.

We know that there are more than these teas that I have here, Ginger, Peppermint.

And even white teas. I would stay away from black teas because caffeine can worsen the pains for many, so I skip the coffee and go right to Tea or just cold water.

It’s best to stay hydrated and stick with things that help you. What Tea do you like? Let me know below, and I would love to hear what teas work for you.
