A Caveat and Affiliates

First off, a little caveat: within my articles you will find affiliate links, meaning if you buy them, I get a small commission. Your cost is not affected. In addition, I am an Amazon Associate and I earn from qualifying purchases on Amazon.

And yes, if I say that I recommend a product here, it means I truly believe it is a good product. I refuse to recommend any product that I have not researched and believe to be a good value.

Even better, I provide you with a very clear picture of the product, it’s use, and the probable value.

Earning your trust is important to me. I run this website myself and the commissions and donations help support the site.

Sound reasonable and fair enough? Let’s continue to the article.

3 Different Types Of Herbal Teas

Whether you’re looking for an energy boost or just trying to relax after a long day, there are so many different types of herbal tea available today. Find out what they have to offer! Keep reading about the 3 Different Types Of Herbal Teas.

Herbal teas come in many forms, including loose-leaf, bagged, and bottled varieties.

Some people prefer to drink them hot, while others enjoy cold brews. The most popular types are chamomile, green tea, rooibos, and peppermint.

3 Different Types Of Herbal Teas

Green tea has been used as a medicinal herb since ancient times. Steeping leaves make it of the Camellia sinensis plant in water. Black tea, also known as “oolong,” is produced by steeping black tea leaves in boiling water. Both types of tea contain polyphenols, antioxidants that help protect against cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

White Tea.

White tea is made from the buds and young shoots of the camellia Sinensis plant. It contains less caffeine than green tea but more antioxidants. White tea is often served with dessert because its delicate flavor pairs well with sweet flavors.

Try drinking some white tea if you want something refreshing to sip on during the warmer months. This herbaceous beverage is known for its light flavor and delicate aroma. You can find it at grocery stores and health food stores.

Chamomile Tea.
