I feel I have more stable energy and I’m much more productive when drinking tea in comparison with coffee. Tea contains less caffeine than coffee but sufficient to generate an effect. It has the amino acid L-theanine, which can work in combination with caffeine to better our brain function too.

There is nothing like a refreshing cup of tea to perk you up.
My mum was always drinking tea, but unfortunately she died of ovarian cancer at 76 years old. So while tea might have these benefits, I think that you would need to be drinking it by the gallon for it to be effective.
Having said that, I don’t doubt that it doesn’t assist the body with all the issues you have listed. Green tea is definitely well know for its health benefits.
And making a cup of tea rather than reaching for an alcoholic drink when you are stressed is definitely a better option.
