A Caveat and Affiliates

First off, a little caveat: within my articles you will find affiliate links, meaning if you buy them, I get a small commission. Your cost is not affected. In addition, I am an Amazon Associate and I earn from qualifying purchases on Amazon.

And yes, if I say that I recommend a product here, it means I truly believe it is a good product. I refuse to recommend any product that I have not researched and believe to be a good value.

Even better, I provide you with a very clear picture of the product, it’s use, and the probable value.

Earning your trust is important to me. I run this website myself and the commissions and donations help support the site.

Sound reasonable and fair enough? Let’s continue to the article.

2. Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is perfect for its relaxing properties. This tea makes a soothing yet aromatic cup of tea perfect for any time of day, and here’s why.

Chamomile tea is one of my favorites before bed, so here’s why. It helps you sleep faster and longer. Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t fall back to sleep quickly?

I was here when I was a teen; I thought something was wrong with me, so I read up the next day, “How to fall asleep fast.” One of the things that came up with drinking tea before bed helps big time.

So I went to another window on my laptop and looked up “Teas for sleep,” and this was the number one tea on a list!

So, I tried it out before bed, and it works so well! I went to sleep and didn’t wake up in the middle of the night.

3. Green Matcha Tea

As you would know by now, most teas are made from the camellia Sinensis plant containing some L-theanine. This unique amino acid promotes relaxation and stress relief. did you know this? Matcha tea has even higher levels of L-theanine than other teas due to the shaded growth period the tea undergoes before harvest.

Now that you know what teas are perfect for you to calm down, here are some questions that I have seen on my site.

Is green tea good for teens?

Green tea can help you out by soothing away anxiety, and it’s all thanks to the significant presence of l-theanine in this tea, which can increase feelings of calm and help you relax after a big test. Green tea contains caffeine, so you should enjoy it in moderation if you’re stressed.

Does Chamomile tea help with anxiety?

Chamomile tea is an excellent way to help soothe symptoms of anxiety. Chamomile has been shown to positively affect feelings of anxiety and low self-esteem that many teens go through during their life.
